Intl Men's Day - Session 1 - From Pain to Performance - (Kieran Mote)
In the first of our lunchtime virtual sessions for International Men's Day, please join Kieran Mote of Sports Rehab Lab (based in Southend-on-Sea) where delegates will learn about how to improve their physical health by developing a consistent approach to exercise, how to overcome injury and pain management, why physical activity is essential to a healthy lifestyle and how exercising regularly improves your physical health as we age.

Having studied very successful people; watching their behaviour, actions and attitudes, I have identified key engagements these successful people do in order to be visible to decision makers. And in this time where cuts are being made, you want to be the go to person: the person who is positively noticed – and I don’t mean the loudest person: the last person standing when difficult decisions are made.

FCA consumer Duty of Care
"This FCA are increasingly moving away from principles-based regulation to outcomes-based, and the new Consumer Duty clearly demonstrates this commitment and shift. The core components of fair treatment of customers and acting with integrity are not new, but the regulator’s expectations, the cultural shift requirements and the outcome focus of the initiative represent a new era for regulation that is far removed from “box ticking”. This session is designed to provide the learner with an understanding of the aims, requirements, and expectations of the FCA in complying with the Consumer Duty."
