P05 Revision session - September

If you are studying for you P05 why not attend our FREE all-day revision workshop, which will focus on the core Diploma level module of P05 Insurance Law.

The session will, which will be presented by Rod Smith, will be ideal preparation for anyone taking the P05 exam in the coming months. Delegates should already be preparing for P05 through prior personal study to benefit fully from the day.

Learning objectives:

• the origins and principles of old and new insurance law;
• identifying and learning to recall key legal precedents;
• diagnosis of typical exam questions;
• producing fast and targeted answers;
• effective use of case law and statute;
• any topics troubling delegates; plus
• working through a sample exam paper subject to time constraints.

Please note that this session will be specifically focused on the P05 written exam, although much of the content will be applicable to M05 mixed assessment module as well.
