CPD event - Overview of Advanced Claims CII subject 820

Alan Chandler, Chartered Insurer, will provide an overview of advanced claims CII subject 820.

Alan will cover how to best present your advanced claims assignments and how to impress the examiner.

The presentation will include how to best reference, what is meant by terms such as explain, analyse and recommend and how to load your answer toward certain categories.

We will then look at an overview of the advanced claims syllabus and there will be a chance for questions and answers relating to anything advanced claims.

Alan has in the past been a Cii examiner and is widely regarded as one of the leading insurance trainers and presenters in the UK. He has taken well over 1,000 people to ACII qualified including many national prize winners - you will be in good hands!
