About the event
The Pandemic has been a challenging time for near all of us, with most seeing big changes to both our work and personal lives.
A poll set by the CII in January 2021 found that almost 6 out of 10 their members have suffered depression, anxiety, emotional distress, or other mental health conditions during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
With this in mind, we have been really keen to host a Webinar to try and help support you with your Health & Wellbeing during these challenging times.
We are delighted to welcome former Welsh International Rugby star, Rob Sowden-Taylor who will be providing his expertise in this area and who will be discussing how we can look to improve our health & wellbeing in our daily lives.
Learning objectives
- Highlighting the tools to achieve optimal health and performance in our daily lives.
- Exploring the transferable daily practices taken from elite sport and applied to the workplace to support individual’s health and performance.
- Dealing with setbacks and creating a positive mindset.
About the speaker
With over 20 years’ experience working in elite sport, Robin Sowden-Taylor is a former Welsh international rugby player and more recently, Head of Strength and Conditioning at the Cardiff Blues.
Using his knowledge and expertise in human performance, Robin, along with his business partners, has recently launched OPUS, a corporate wellness platform designed to optimise health and performance in life and within the workplace.
