can harness potential for the year to come, based on predicted trends.
In this fun and engaging session, Jeff will combine his knowledge and experience operating a wine
business in Spain, together with his knowledge and experience of providing training to insurance and
financial services firms across the world, to provide a review of the last year and discuss likely trends
for the year ahead. 5 wines will be used for tasting to illustrate and bring to life the review of 2023 and predicted trends for 2024.
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
- Identify the developments in insurance and financial services over the past year
- Recognise the likely trends for the year to come in insurance and financial services
