Join this webinar to learn more about how we can all improve social mobility through Inclusive Leadership. You will learn the 4 key traits of an Inclusive Leader and be given a chance to reflect on how to create a more inclusive culture at your organisation, which will directly impact the retention, wellbeing and productivity of your current and future workforce.

About the speaker:
The course will be run by Jess Woodsford, Director and Co-Founder of Inclusive Futures
Personal Leadership and Development Coach, and co-founder of Community Interest Company, Inclusive Futures, Jess has worked in equality of opportunity to higher education for the past 14 years. Before training as a professional coach, she was Head of Programmes at the Office for Fair Access, and Office for Students, and has been a Director for SEER (Specialist Evidence, Evaluation and Research) service, supporting small, specialist and newly-registered HE providers to understand and evidence their impact in relation to fair access and participation. In her coaching practice, Jess works with Directors, senior leadership teams, and aspiring leaders from across the public, private and third sector. Inclusive Futures specialise in supporting organisations to retain their newest employees, buy creating inclusive and impactful environments where everyone can thrive.
