The aim of this workshop is to help others to make the right decision, knowing what to do and say in order to create a positive impact.
Learning objectives
At the end of this event, the delegate will be able to identify:
• a psychology of persuasion (Cialdini principles)
• the win-lose dichotomy
• social proof, authority, liking and consistency.
The Trainer
Adrian Nash is the Managing Director of Radius 360 Ltd, a learning and development company established in 1998 offering training, consulting, profiling and coaching services to business clients. He has expertise in the designing and presenting of a wide range of management and behaviour related training programmes, as well as specialising in the use of the Discovery® psychometric instrument.
Adrian has been an adviser for the Highways Agency Training Board (responsible for the replacement of police traffic officers on the UK
motorway network), he has run learning and development projects for the Scottish Parliament, the Angolan State Oil Industry, and is a tutor and assessor for the Institute of Leadership & Management and the British Institute of Facilities Management.
