Join us on Wednesday 3rd June at 12pm for an interactive webinar. Will It Make The Boat Go Faster?, the Performance and Leadership Consultancy, are partnering with CII institutes of Ipswich, Cambridge and Norwich to deliver practical tips from their experience, so you can maintain personal and team performance, build resilience and focus on what's most important to enable you to manage your way through this challenging time with confidence.

The 1 hour webinar focuses on practical tips and advice from an Olympian on how to build a performance mindset through adversity, covering:

• How to use filters to eliminate unhelpful information and focus on the things that are going to make your boat go faster.

• How to bounce back in challenging situations and control the controllables.

• How can we maintain high performance no matter what.
