About The Session

Multinational insurance can be considered one of the most complex areas of coverage due to its size, geographical spread, and compliance implications. This session will provide an introduction to multinational programmes from the perspective of customers, brokers and insurers using practical examples to highlight both the opportunities and challenges of working in a fast moving international environment.

Learning Outcomes

Delegates will be able to:
- Understand the profile of a multinational customer and consider their insurance needs.
- Explain the key features of a multinational programme and the benefits to customers.
- Understand the roles of customers, brokers and insurers to enable a co-ordinated approach.
- Articulate some of the tools and infrastructure that are essential in the delivery of compliant multinational programmes

About The Speaker

Alex has over 25 years international experience in formulating and delivering multinational insurance strategy and best practice. She has designed and delivered bespoke technical training and workshops for organisations in over 60 countries.
Her career has included managing RSA’s Global Network; designing a multinational Marine proposition and technical pathway, and developing a multinational strategy at Lloyd’s. She is currently a consultant working on technical training and strategic projects for multinational insurers.
Her specialisms include set up and management of global insurance networks, multinational insurance programme best practice, as well as the development of technical training programmes for worldwide delivery.
