This session is live online and will involve group exploration. Please have your camera's on and interract where possible for the benefit of the group.

Dive into relationships and what they mean to us in the financial services sector
We will understand what good rapport is
We will discuss how to create great relationships
We will explore how rapport can be gained in minutes and lost in a heartbeat
We weill learn how to intentionally and ethically build positive rapport
