Optimising stress for male performance
This webinar focuses on key health challenges facing men such as the ability to deal with emotions, stress, and back pain. The session includes evolutionary stress theory with key action points, and a 20-minute breathwork/movement practical for men to balance stressors in the modern world and build energy in targeted male health zones.
