Knowing Yourself: A guide to finding your innate resilience

This event will bring together insurance business leaders to discuss how mental resilience can support YOUR success and unlock YOUR ability to thrive in any circumstance.
This 45 minute panel discussion will delve into the topic of resilience. Our panellists will share their insights and experiences, shedding light on the factors that contribute to an individual's ability to thrive even in challenging
situations.
We will explore the ways that individuals can develop their own resilience and consider why the concept of ‘Positive Thinking’ as a solution might not work for everyone. The panel discussion will be followed by a 15 minute Q&A
session and an opportunity to carry on the conversation and network with peers over some breakfast.

an excellent opportunity to gain valuable insights and network with like-minded individuals. By attending, you will gain a deeper understanding of resilience and how we can all work together to drive change in how mental wellbeing
is approached. We believe that by coming together and sharing knowledge, we can create a more supportive and understanding culture and help reduce the stigma surrounding mental health.
