Neurodiversity 101
This 1-hour virtual workshop is designed to provide an accessible introduction to the concept of neurodiversity for employees at all levels of the business. This workshop will lead attendees through the language of neurodiversity, why it matters to the world and to business, and what the law says about providing neurodivergent employees with the adjustments they need. Attendees will learn about the ways in which all people have unique strengths and support needs, explore some common types of adjustments that neurodivergent people may request, and will come away with an understanding of some of the ways everyone can make a difference in fostering a neuroinclusive workplace.
