Kieran Mote, published author and director of the Sports Rehab Lab (SRL) based in Southend, will be sending out periodic blogs and hints and how to get and stay active in the new year as part of this event to those who register. Our President, Caroline Martin, has chosen Little Havens Hospice as our charity of the year. Little Havens have provided support for Caroline's sister and nephew Axel who has a rare genetic condition. We would appreciate any donations to this wonderful cause: IICSE is fundraising for Little Havens Children's Hospice (justgiving.com) Little Havens Hospice When a child has been diagnosed with a complex or incurable condition, Little Havens can provide the care they need. Their specialist Care Team can support them and their family throughout illness, death and bereavement, in the comfort of their own home or at their hospice. They focus on their quality of life, caring for individual physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs, "making every day count". Little Havens must raise over £52,000 each week to be there for every baby, child and teenager who needs them which is why every donation matters. Many thanks, Lorraine

View event detailsForecasting & Pipeline Management

They object to the tedium of inputting data, or following what they see as strict bureaucratic guidelines on exactly how to do this. The sales/team leader has the unenviable task of trying to entice or enforce his maverick team members to toe the line. When sales people do complete their pipeline there are multiple reasons why it may be unreliable and inaccurate. This session will demonstrate to sales/team leaders and individual sales people [whether they are pure sellers, BDMs or Account Executives] the vital importance of effective pipeline management in ALL of their roles, and some effective strategies and tips for achieving it.
