Business interruption can be a complex and challenging class of insurance. This course takes an interesting look at the importance of setting sums insured & indemnity periods correctly as well as how the underwriter may view a complex risk. We will look into the settlement of claims. and how recent legal precedent has impacted this insurance. It is a course most suited to those who have experience in the insurance industry and already have a familiarity with Business Interruption insurance.
