Annual Dinner Auction
Dear All.
As you are no doubt aware the annual dinner of the Insurance Institute of Cheltenham and Gloucester takes place on Friday 31st March, 2017 at the Manor by the Lake in Cheltenham.
This year as well as the usual charity raffle on the night we are pleased to announce that we are also holding an auction for 2 high profile items, a Manchester United football signed by many of the players from this season and a England Rugby shirt signed by our guest speaker Phil Vickery. 100% of the proceeds from the auctions will go to this year’s chosen charity the Pied Piper Appeal. Their mission is to make a difference to the lives of sick and disabled children in our county.
For those of you who wish to support this most worthy cause but are unable to make it to the Dinner we are inviting bids prior to the evening. Simply email council member Chris Worgan at christopher.worgan@pro-global.com with your name, the item you wish to bid on and the amount that you wish to bid. The highest bid received by email for each item by 6pm on Thursday 30th March will then be the winning bid, subject to no higher bids being received on the evening of the Dinner. In the event that two are more bids for the same value are the highest, the priority will go to the bidder who submitted the earliest email.
