ABOUT THE SESSION

This practical and interactive webinar is perfect for candidates studying towards professional qualifications with either an exam or coursework element. With often limited, or sometimes no tutor support, it is extremely difficult to balance home, work and study.

This webinar will teach you key skills of how to get started with your studies, how to research assignments, read as much as possible in the least amount of time and deal with issues such as procrastination and mental blocks, as well as how to avoid overlearning. We will also look at how to plan your assignment and structure your writing.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

By the end of the session, members will be able to:

Identify key study skills that aid learning in an efficient and enjoyable way.

Understand how our brain processes information and why mental blocks occur.

Implement a strategy to produce the best possible work in the least amount of time.

This webinar will be delivered in a Zoom format. Joining instructions will be issued 48 hours before the webinar. Please contact the event organise tim.chandler@ageas.co.uk with any questions.
