CPD Webinar: Laughing yourself to wellness-the science of laughter in the workplace and an introduction to laughter yoga.
People very rarely succeed in something unless they are having fun doing it. This may explain why laughter clubs are popping up in companies, large and small, across the world and why it has been receiving so much coverage in the press in recent years!
Featured in Ricky Gervais´ An Idiot Abroad on Sky One and After Life on Netflix and practised by comedy great, John Cleese, laughter yoga is a craze that is sweeping across the world.
Here is your opportunity to experience the incredible impact laughter is scientifically proven to have on your immune system and your mental and physical wellbeing.
The session will be led by Jeff Heasman who is a certified laughter yoga leader. Jeff has been mentored by the person who first started laughter yoga in India back in 1995, Dr Madan Kataria. Laughter yoga is a combination of laughter and yogic breathing exercises.
