CPD WEBINAR: The New Consumer Duty: are you ready for a "paradigm shift?"
The FCA has referred to the new consumer duty as a paradigm shift in their expectations.
As we move ever closer to outcomes-based regulation, the FCA is increasingly focusing on the need for firms to embed conduct and cultural changes throughout the customer journey.
This session will help you to understand the FCA´s expectations and the practical steps you can take now to ensure that you and your firm are prepared for this paradigm shift in the way we work. In particular this webinar will focus on the pillars of consumer understanding and consumer support.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
➢ understand the main principles of the new consumer duty.
➢ recognise the implications that the duty will have in terms of fair value, conduct and culture within your firm.
➢ implement a strategy to ensure you meet the FCA´s expectations.
