Consultative selling is an approach to sales where the focus is on understanding the customer's specific needs and providing tailored solutions to address those needs. It involves active listening, asking probing questions, and engaging in meaningful conversations to build trust and deliver value to the customer. The aim of this course is to provide you with the skills, knowledge and philosophy on how to effectively implement consultative selling techniques to create long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with clients and increase sales success
