Dealing with wealthier customers can present greater challenges than many others. This workshop explores what the financial services industry considers to be a high-net-worth customer, and how the insurance industry has expanded this definition to include sufficient potential customers to warrant development of tailor-made products.
We will examine their expectations of the product and service as well as considering how over recent decades the household market has segmented. We will also link this to conduct risk considerations.
The course will be highly interactive and feature numerous testing questions throughout.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session which can broaden to address any general queries delegates may have concerning this class of insurance business.
