Jane adds another accolade

The recent West Midlands Insurance Institutes Awards luncheon saved its most popular award until last, with the presentation of its special Presidents’ Award.

This year’s recipient was Jane Evans, of the Insurance Institute of Coventry. Jane has dedicated many years’ service to both her local institute and the CII. Jane has held most of the senior offices on Coventry’s council, including President, Treasurer and Dinner Secretary. She also served six years as the elected CII Regional Representative for the West Midlands region.

Her entire insurance career has been spent working for Corrigans in Coventry, working her way up from an office junior role to a Director with Compliance responsibilities. In 2013 she received the CII’s Distinguished Service Award, in recognition for the contribution she has made to the Coventry Institute.

The region’s institutes’ presidents agreed Jane never fails to impress with her loyalty and unending willingness to give total commitment to her local institute, regional institutes and the CII. She sets a shining example of professionalism in everything that she does.

The Presidents’ Award is presented to an individual who has made significant contributions to the local insurance institute network within the West Midlands region and is often considered a ‘Lifetime achievement’ award.
