Webinar: SMCR – do brokers understand how the new Conduct Rules work?
From 9th December 2019 a new accountability framework has been focused on senior management within insurance firms - the Senior Managers and Certification Regime.
This has meant key changes to the leadership team, and, for the first time ever, conduct rules applying to ALL staff from 31st March 2021 - are you sure that you have made all the changes in line with what is required, trained your staff and assessed them as competent?
This session will explain in detail what should have happened and what all front line staff should be aware of as they will be personally accountable to the FCA.
