This interactive workshop will be delivered by Sue Taylor ACII, Chartered Insurance Broker, Advanced Diploma CILA, Director - Sue Taylor Limited. Sue’s career began in the City in 1980 at the Commercial Union as a graduate trainee, learning the basics of underwriting. Sue diversified into broking in the London and provincial markets with Aon and Miller. In 2021 she set up Sue Taylor Ltd focusing on training, consulting and expert witness work.

Sue's experience is in commercial insurance, national and international programmes, including their design, wordings, placement and claims, matching theory to practice. This breadth of experience enables Sue to provide wide reaching examples to pass her knowledge on to others. She is an acknowledged author of leading texts and articles as well as a frequent public speaker.
