Overview of the session : An unintended consequence of pensions freedoms was that it also meant “risk freedoms”. Many of the demons of market risk and longevity risk were locked up in a DB scheme, but now they are out and roaming free for clients. Whether you love maths and probability or hate it, this is a non-product related look at the statistics needed to help people get to the same goal :
