The 97th Annual Dinner

The Insurance Institute of Exeter are delighted to announce that our 2019 97^th Annual Dinner will take place on Friday 8 March 2019. Our annual black tie/dinner dress event returns to award-winning Sandy Park, Exeter and promises to be a fantastic memorable evening with good food, fine wine and enjoyable entertainment. Ticket Prices

Tickets are priced at £53 per person and £530 for a table of ten.

Event Information

The evening will include a four course meal, live entertainment and DJ.

We are delighted to announce that Mat Ricardo– Juggler, showman and entertainer will also be in attendance. The ‘Gentleman Juggler' is one of the most unique, critically acclaimed and reliably entertaining variety performers in the world. The first man in history to learn to put the tablecloth back on the table - but that’s just one of his incredible feats. He is a TedX Speaker, Magic Circle doyen, Royal Command Performer, Comedian, and the winner of the Herald Angel Award for theatre excellence, the British Cabaret Award for Best Speciality Act, the Kleinkunst Cabaret Prize, Stagetalk Magazine’s Show of the Year, and the Arts Award Pick of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. His breadth of material encompasses elements of Stand-up comedy, slapstick, dance, and of course high level circus, and so lets him suit any audience, and fit seamlessly into any show, before stealing it.

A key figure in the British cabaret world, and winner of the inaugural London Cabaret Award for Best Speciality Act, Mat Ricardo regularly headlines the finest venues and shows in London, around the UK, and further afield. As a comedy and theatre festival performer, he has headlined stages worldwide, from Asia to Europe, Scandinavia to Australia and New Zealand, and everywhere in between.

In addition, award winning South West Photobooths will be in attendance with their Magic Mirror to help capture the memories of your evening.

• Please complete and return the attached Table Plan and Dietary Requirements Form (including menu pre orders) to exeterinstitute@cii.co.uk by 8 February 2019.

• If you would like to have wine ready and waiting for you on your table, please complete and return the Pre Order Wine Form to Sandy Park via events@sandypark.co.uk by 8 February 2019.

Directions, travel and parking information in respect of Sandy Park are also attached. We are pleased to confirm a reduced parking charge of £2.50 will apply for the duration of the event.
