Webinar - with The Soul Spa, the fourth of six guided mental relaxation sessions in February with the aim of helping you to stay mentally calm and strong during these extraordinary times.
Learning Objectives:
Just by giving yourself a short break to shed the stresses of the day and totally tune in to your inner world, you can show up for the evening with your best and most positive energy.
Give yourself some time out and be guided into a world of peace and tranquillity.
The sessions will be lead by, Madeline Blackburn, creator of the Soul Spa. She is passionate about taking people on the exciting journey of learning techniques to keep their minds fit and healthy; she believes this is just as important as looking after our bodies.
Why should you bother tuning in? Most of us are by now familiar with the benefits of meditation, but with the best will in the world it can be difficult to give ourselves time to develop a mental relaxation habit.
