- The compelling reason why we should ALL have them.
Stephen will help you recognise their importance for both yourself and any client.
Learning Objectives
At the end of the session, participants will be able to:
-
To enable delegates to understand the impact of not having an LPA and the benefits of ensuring one is in place.
-
All clients need to understand what they are and be directed to have one. Stephen will take you through what to ensure you point out to clients as well as create evidence of having done this.
-
You will have enough information to enable a client to make their own decision about what should be considered. This will enable you to show a high level of responsibility and care to them.
Stephen Oliver
Stephen Oliver has run a successful Will, Trust and Lasting Power of Attorney drafting service for over 25 years, helping Financial advisers, Accountants and General insurance businesses get these valuable documents in place. He trains them on how best to use these important documents to help their clients and enhance the offering they have. This in turn encourages a high level of quality referrals and facilitates a solid relationship with the clients encouraging loyalty.
Stephen believes there is a real need to point out the need for an LPA and that this should form part of any review with them.
