Webinar - with The Soul Spa, the second of six guided mental relaxation sessions in February with the aim of helping you to stay mentally calm and strong during these extraordinary times.
Learning Objectives:
This guided meditation begins by taking you through a mindful relaxation process, allowing you to really tune in to your own body and observing how it feels.
Once you are deeply relaxed, you will hear affirmations to help you to relax and train your mind to sleep better.
The sessions will be lead by, Madeline Blackburn, creator of the Soul Spa. Who is passionate about taking people on the exciting journey of learning techniques to keep their minds fit and healthy; she believes this is just as important as looking after our bodies.
Why should you bother tuning in? Most of us are by now familiar with the benefits of meditation, but with the best will in the world it can be difficult to give ourselves time to develop a mental relaxation habit.
