Webinar - Your Mind is as Vast as the Ocean - Guided meditation to calm your mind and release stress
The Soul Spa will be running six guided mental relaxation sessions in February with the aim of helping you to stay mentally calm and strong during these extraordinary times.
This session uses binaural beats and guides you into a deep state of mental relaxation where you can get perspective on the challenges of life, and how you respond to them.
The aim is to help you out of a high-beta stress state of mind and into a deep, healthy alpha state so that you can access all the resources in your brain.
The sessions will be lead by, Madeline Blackburn, creator of the Soul Spa. Who is passionate about taking people on the exciting journey of learning techniques to keep their minds fit and healthy; she believes this is just as important as looking after our bodies.
Why should you bother tuning in? Most of us are by now familiar with the benefits of meditation, but with the best will in the world it can be difficult to give ourselves time to develop a mental relaxation habit.
