Overview

  • The EHS is 20 minutes long but is designed to be split in half if 10 minutes per day is preferred

  • Examination of the health benefits of the sequence

  • During the session the speaker will demonstrate and guide you through the sequence during the session, providing technique pointers and any necessary adaptations.

  • Ideally you will work through the sequence during the session, but the EHS can be completed in work clothes without getting out of breath or ‘sweaty’. Remember this is a webinar so you will be able to do this anonymously without the presenters or other attendees able to see you.
