Session Overview:

During this session King & Shaxson Asset Management will talk about the changing regulatory landscape and what it means for advisors. They will provide their interpretation of the recent FCA standards in relation to Sustainability Disclosure Requirements (SDRs) and anti-greenwashing rules. They will deliver a session covering the reasons why they have been introduced, what the standards aim to achieve, and how these rules will affect investments & portfolios.

Wayne Bishop

After graduating from University of Central England in 1991, Wayne began his career at GNI London, broking fixed income options. In 1993 he was seconded to Frankfurt, as part of a small but successful team servicing European banks and fund managers across a range of derivative products. Wayne returned to London in 1997. In April 2002 he joined Phillip Securities UK and took over the investment management team in September of that year. He introduced active asset allocation and a positive return mentality to then predominantly UK equity-based portfolios. Wayne has dedicated over 20 years to investing for positive change, not only for financial advisers and their clients, but with his own personal investments as well.

Craig has over 30 years’ experience of financial markets, covering various roles including Payments, Trade Finance and Money Markets & Foreign Exchange execution. Craig joined the Corporate Bond Dealing desk at King & Shaxson in May 2010, to assist clients with Fixed Income trade ideas and execution. Craig joined the Asset Management team in 2012 with a focus on the Platform proposition. He believes in investing in companies that are challenging and changing historic practices and making the world a better place. Like the rest of the team, the ideals of King & Shaxson Ethical mirror his personal investment philosophy.
