Session Overview:

In this session Hymans Robertson Investment Services (HRIS) will explore the key things which advisers should be asking their investment partners, in order to help manage risk, enhance client outcomes and evidence value for money.

Learning objectives

Areas discussed during the session will include:

  • Understand how Consumer Duty has shaped the retail advice market over the last 12 months, including common themes across advice businesses
  • Consider how outsourcing ‘manufacturing’ responsibilities can support operational efficiency, grow recurring adviser income, and avoid being mislabelled by the regulator which comes with additional governance requirements.
  • Identify future trends and what this might mean for investment solutions
