You must meet all the below criteria:
- At least 10 years industry experience
- Not currently working in a management/leadership position
- Aspiration to develop into a management/leadership position
- Commitment to CPD
- Have full support from your Line Manager/Company
Spaces are very limited and you will be required to attend every module (one per month over 12 month period) if you are successful in securing a spot. Full list of dates available upon request in advance.
