Exam Invigilators Wanted

Could you spare a few hours of your time to invigilate or coordinate at a CII exam session in Glasgow on one or more of the following dates and times?

  • Monday 11 April 2016 (09.30-11.30; 13.00-15.00; 16.30-18.30)
  • Tuesday 12 April 2016 (9.30-12.30; 14.00-17.00)
  • Wednesday 13 April 2016 (9.30-12.30; 14.00-17.00)

You can choose a morning or afternoon session or if you are up for it, one or more full days. You would need to arrive an hour before the session commences.

Prior experience is not a necessity
If you’ve not invigilated or coordinated before, it is very easy and straight forward to do so. Having registered your interest we will provide you with the current regulations and guide you through what you need to do.

And if you invigilated or coordinated before we would love to welcome you back, as we are always looking for those with experience.

So what does invigilating or coordinating involve?
It encompasses things like checking in students, completing attendance registers, handing out and collecting exam papers and generally being on hand to ensure that the examination session runs smoothly for the students.
