Consumer Duty - One Year On with Zing365
The IASG Young Professional Committee are delighted to bring you this webinar in partnership with Zing365.
The initial implementation of the Consumer Duty last July exemplified the Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) continued transition from principles-based to more outcomes-based regulation. This shift reflects the regulator's commitment to enhancing consumer focus, trust, and fair treatment, and while the core principles of consumer-centricity are not new, the emphasis on cultural change and tangible outcomes puts a new spin on things.
This session aims to provide learners with a broad understanding of the FCA's objectives, requirements, and expectations regarding compliance with the Consumer Duty, while also examining regulatory developments, updates, and the impacts observed, and challenges felt by firms one year after its implementation.
