Mentor / Mentee Programme 2017 - Session 4

We are happy to announce that our final mentoring event of 2017 will take place on Wednesday 8th November 2017 and will focus on reverse mentoring.

This event will give the mentees the opportunity to bring the skills they have developed from some of our past events.

The mentees will act as the mentors in this instance and will provide feedback to the mentors regarding their presentation skills, listening, first impressions, lasting impressions, dealing with different personalities, adapting personalities to your audience and dealing with difficult situations.

As a mentee the events are designed to give you the opportunity to meet a wide range of senior individuals from the profession. The aim is to help you develop a wider network of contacts, learn from others within the industry, gain a better understanding of the wide range of roles available whilst assisting with your personal development and growth.

After the mentoring and networking activity you are invited to relax with a glass of wine and some food.
