Warranty claims – the issues
We have teamed up with Brodies to offer our next technical CPD event.
Once a company is sold and the honeymoon period is over, the purchaser might be less happy with what he’s bought and decide to bring a warranty claim. These claims can be high value, complicated and stressful for all concerned (particularly when the seller retains an involvement in the business). This seminar will examine the role that warranties and indemnities can play in the sale and purchase of a company.
