Mental Health in the Workplace
The IASG Professional Development Group are happy to announce that their next lunchtime seminar will focus on Mental Health in the Workplace.
We believe that we should invest in our mental health in the same way that we invest in our physical health. The Monitor Deloitte Report analysed over 100 reports and confirms that the return on investment of workplace mental health interventions is overwhelmingly positive with an average ROI of 4:1. (2017)
Mental Health is now seen as an essential agenda for any workplace with benefits such as talent retention, less long-term absence and higher rates of productivity – there is also a clear cost benefit from investing in prevention and saving on crisis costs.
