Insurance Development Day

Monday, 15 November 2021
9:00 am – 5:00 pm (UK time)

The Insurance Institute of Guernsey is holding an Insurance Development Day at Les Cotils on Monday, 15 November 2021.

The programme for the day includes six educational presentations on a range of technical topics and soft skills.

The programme can be found here.

All of you will be aware that all qualified members need to complete a minimum of 35 hours of compulsory CPD each year (of which at least 21 hours must be structured CPD). Failure to maintain these levels of CPD places at risk your qualifications and professional standing. Our Insurance Development Day will provide full day attendees at least five hours of structured CPD.

There will also be a networking opportunity after the event over a glass of wine or a beer.

The Insurance Institute of Guernsey is in the fortunate position of being able to subsidise this event and so we are able to retain the fees at the same level as previous years:

Full Day including refreshments and lunch CII/PFS members £35 / non-members £45
Morning including refreshments (no lunch) CII/PFS members £20 / non-members £25
Afternoon including refreshments (no lunch) CII/PFS members £20 / non-members £25

Registration is open now and can booked online. If you do experience any issues booking please email iiglunch@islands.gg.

Closing date for registrations is Thursday, 11 November 2021.

We are confident that the Insurance Development Day will provide a valuable contribution to achieving and maintaining CPD requirements and we hope that you and your employers will be able to support this event.
