The Young Leaders Development Programme is a series of five specifically designed training sessions, delivered over the course of the year, covering topics such as:

• Developing effective business relationships
• Creating positive outcomes
• Stakeholder management
• Presenting with impact

The programme also offers networking and social activities to help you and your fellow candidates develop complete career confidence.

If you are under 35, qualified to Cert CII/PFS or higher, then you can apply to be part of this exciting new initiative, developed by the Insurance Institute of Guildford and leading training provider QA - an accredited ILM provider.

But don’t delay, places are limited and cost just £200.00 for the entire programme.

Sound too good to be true - that’s because the Guildford Insurance Institute is making a significant contribution towards this initiative, to help ensure that leadership skills are at the forefront of our industry. Whether your
organisation is large or small!

In order to apply, complete your application, together with your sponsors endorsement and submit to us by 22nd March 2019.

All applications will be carefully assessed by our Institute panel and successful candidates will be invited to an opening event in April 2019.
