PFS Workshop: Putting your thinking cap on by Kevin Holloway
Our world is overloaded with people and information competing for our attention. We just cannot take this all in even if we wanted to. As a result the decisions that we make are not thought about but come about.
In the last 20 years there have been significant advances in the understanding of human behaviour and the decision making process. While it is still important that advisers are persuasive, compelling and show that advice is in the customers best interests it is also crucial to tap in to the way customers actually make decisions.
MINDSPACE will provide you with some simple tips and techniques to understanding how decisions come about. Throughout the presentation these principles are turned in to practical applications within our own industry. At the end of the day it is not rocket science, it is behavioural science!"
