>> Event Overview

Weybourne House is the Grandstand. A hush sweeps over the crowd... and they're off!

Join us for a fun filled, excitement packed evening of entertainment for you, your friends and your family - or maybe a night out with the team!

Share laughs and enjoy a night of exciting viewing and interactive games, where - through modest betting and horse sales - we hope to raise money to support Jigsaw Trust and The Insurance Charities. Half the money raised goes to charity and half is paid out in winnings.

The last race is an auction race where guests can bid to become an owner of any of the 8 horses. A great fun end to the evening, and the amount raised is split between our charities and the winning owner.

If that's not enough - we'll also be hosting pig racing....electronic of course!!! They'll be a charity 'bottle tombola' too!

No More Hedging Your Bets: A Masterclass in Communication Skills That Will Be Sure To Influence Minds And Change Lives!

To start the evening you can 'boost the odds' for business and personal success and 'set yourself up to win' with our communication skills masterclass:

About the session

Words are powerful tools and how we communicate those words will underpin the depth of our relationships. This masterclass will equip you with the essential tools to communicate in a way that will ensure you are able to positively influence minds and build relationships that will change your life and the lives of others for the better.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the session, you will be able to:

  • understand other people´s model of the world and the four different levels of communication.
  • recognise the power of individual words and be able to select appropriate words to influence your target audience.
  • implement a strategy to communicate in a way that will influence minds and build meaningful relationships.

>> Charity Fundraising

We will be raising money on the night, split equally between Jigsaw Trust and The Insurance Charities. To let you know more about our charity partner, Jigsaw Trust. Jigsaw Trust was established in 1999 by a group of parents of children diagnosed with autism. In the same year it raised enough funds to set up the Jigsaw CABAS School, opening its doors to six children. Today the school has provision for up to 68 pupils, aged 4 to 19 years. In 2012, the Trust opened JigsawPlus offering specialist day services and social enterprise provision supporting individuals over the age of 18 years with autism, continuing the same highly successful behavioural approach to enable learners to function more independently and create opportunities for them to take part in all aspects of community life and employment opportunities.

Every penny we raise on the night will go directly to supporting these two worthy causes. Thank you in advance for enhancing the support we give.
