Speaker Biography

Samantha Ridgewell specialises in supporting insurance professionals develop their career potential. After starting her HR career Samantha completed her ACII and began supporting colleagues through their CII revision which is when she discovered her passion for Learning and Development. She has since gone on to set up Empower Development, a training company for insurance professionals. Samantha supports development within the industry through her position on the CII Qualifications and Learning committee and through previous positions on the LMA Academy Committee and as Chair of the LMA Academy Sub-Training Group.
