Who should attend - Everyone regardless of age needs to financially plan for retirement. It's never too early to plan but leaving it late could be to late!

The session will include 3 case studies of 3 different lifestyles and the challenges they face when moving towards retirement. It will be interactive and allow delegates to see the problems and solutions for themselves as they can cross skill into their own experiences and client working relationships. The attendees will learn that:
-Retirement doesn't need to be complicated.
-The pension freedoms are there for your future too!
-You'll be more confident to engage in a pensions discussion

The Speaker
Alan Gibson practices as a Chartered Financial Planner and is integral to Oakley Independent Limited, an independent firm proposing advice to individual and corporate clients. Across his 29 year financial services career, he has advised extensively PLCs, SMEs and Micro business about their corporate financial planning requirements sitting down objectively with human resources, or Directors of SMEs to build durable financial planning solutions.
Alan also continues to work alongside professional introducers, accountants and solicitors and has years of experience in interpreting accounts, financial data, wills and trusts. He has built up considerable experience of personal financial planning solutions aimed at building sustainable financial independence for his clients. Alan's financial planning activities, assembled over a lifetime in financial services, encompass; financial security and client independence; retirement planning; tax and estate planning.

Venue
The Bradford Chamber is situated in Devere House, near the bottom of Vicar Lane in Little Germany where it adjoins Hall Ings. It is approximately 5-10 minutes walk from the both the Bradford Interchange and Foster Square stations. Parking is available on-street (payable at the parking meters) plus the car parks at the top of Little Germany and the nearby Leisure Exchange. Lunch included.
