Lunchtime Lecture by Lisa Edgar - Big Window Consulting

Through the Minds of your Consumers

Financial services product, service, marketing and insight professionals, can spend hours, days, weeks pouring over what to say to our consumers but have we really thought about how they process it and if they process it?

•The lecture will tell you why, what elements of they process.

•It will show how Behavioural Economics and Consumer Psychology can shed light on what consumers do with what you communicate to them and how they make decisions more generally in relation to financial services

•The lecture will show what drives their decision making in Financial Services and how this changes as we age.

•Finally, using the latest and published consumer psychology research, we will show that older consumers are not ready to act their age, neither are they ready to roll over and have their ‘tummies tickled' with over-emotional advertising.

Buffet lunch and drinks will be provided - please let us know at time of booking if lunch is not required.
