Annual General Meeting

NOTICE is hereby given that the 86th Annual General Meeting of the Insurance Institute of Bradford will be held at the Bradford Club, Piece Hall Yard, Bradford, BD1 1PJ, at 12:00 noon for the following purposes:

-The proposed President of the Institute for 2017/2018 is Steven Crabtree ACII of QBE Insurance (Europe) Ltd
-The proposed Deputy President of the institute for 2017/2018 is Katie Willis of Integra Insurance Solutions Ltd
-To receive and adopt the Treasure's report and accounts for 2016
-To receive and adopt the Annual Reports of Council for 2016/2017
-To elect the following ex-officio members of the council for the session 2017/2018:
Secretary: Andrew Morgan Cert CII (BA Hons) CMgr FCMI of Integra Insurance Solutions Ltd
Treasurer: Richard Ryan BA (Hons) of Sydney Packett & Sons Ltd
Education Secretary: Toni Fruin Cert CII of Club Insure Limited

The existing Council recommends that members note in favour of all the resolutions being proposed at the AGM, which they consider to be in the best interest of the institute as a whole.
