The lecture is not aimed solely for line managers! If any of the answers to these questions is yes, then this afternoon lecture is for you.

Why you should attend?

Managing the performance of staff when done successfully can be extremely rewarding. This interactive workshop will help you navigate some of the challenges of implementing performance management in order to help you achieve success.

In the workshop we will work on areas such as; how to assess performance effectively, ways of dealing with performance issues and how to give effective feedback.

  • Outline the responsibilities of the appraisee and appraiser

  • Explain how to objectively assess performance

  • Identify the best techniques for giving feedback

  • Outline techniques for addressing performance issues

  • Explain how to communicate more powerfully through the use of non-verbal body language

She is a regular author for the CII and also delivers CII exam study workshops.
