Speaker Biography
Geoff is a Business Services Team Leader with Allianz Insurance. He is experienced in the b2b Insurer to Insurance Intermediary Commercial sector. Focused on process improvement and service delivery. Experienced in Sales and Marketing - and passionate about customer centric thinking. He is a firm believer in maximising the opportunities to do more business, by having face to face dealings with your customers. He has many "talents" including that of a classical musician and singer. Geoff is also a past President and current Deputy President of the Insurance Institute of Sheffield.
