This session will discuss equality and diversity and will consider the legal requirements within a workplace. It will also explore what types of discrimination are unlawful, and how you can avoid claims.

At the end of this event, the delegates will be able to identify:

• the legal requirements of equality & diversity

• what conduct is lawful and unlawful, and

• how to better protect your organisation against discriminatory conduct.

Speaker Biography

Paul Menham is an experienced and practical employment lawyer. He is regularly invited to speak on employment law by the White Paper Company - who describe him as a "go-to" lawyer who is highly proficient at handling complicated employment claims.
